Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to promote the upcoming bout.
Ex twice world heavyweight champion Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I will injure his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of those words, a composed Joshua and social media star Paul - normally known for his showmanship - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather attacked former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British opponent Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Opponent
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Paul's Background
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's greatest financial successes, consistently making substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in round four or five and stated he would derail the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers participated in the traditional confrontation, with their size difference evident, it highlighted just how surprising this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is truly proceeding.
